Warranty is applicable from the proven date of purchase. The customer should retain Hettich/ Hepo Online Original Invoice.
*Functional Warranty – Functional warranty refers to usual performance / working of product. Products do not function as per its Nature under normal conditions.
*Surface Warranty – Surface Warranty is a broader term which includes anti-rust warranty, appearance, original look, and so on. Any visible change on the outer surface of product. (outer surface of the products gets chipped off, degradation of finish/color).
Hettich claim on Surface warranty subject to general usage conditions in which surface of product must not be exposed to chemical solvents like Turpentine, cleaning agent chemical based, thinner etc. as well no impact with sharp tools.
Hettich claim on Functional warranty subject to prescribed installation conditions throughout its operation and absence of external interruption to functioning of product.
